I'm really frustrated with Lifestyle Furniture due to the scenarios I had to face, as mentioned below.
• I bought these items (a couch and a bed + accessories) on 10/12/22. By the time all these items were available.
• I mentioned to the salespeople on the day that I need these items to be delivered by the 16th of January 2023, because of I’m moving to a new home.
• Bed, mattress, and headboard were delivered on that day.
• But when I asked for the couch, It was not available until later of the month, which means the item I bought was sold to another customer.
• Then I rang a week after to ask about the couch and keep saying that the item has not arrived yet.
• After an argument with salespeople and the manager at Porirua, I have managed to get a loan couch while I’m getting my couch. (My wife is pregnant and due in next month, and we had to sit on the floor whole this time)
• Then rung back again last Friday 3rd February 2023 to ask about the couch and mentioned it will be delivered on the same day after 3 pm.
• Rung back again around 4.45 pm to see where it was at and told me that the products that came from Auckland to Wellington did not include my item in that order and mentioned that the next order would be on next Wednesday(8th February 2023) and we will try to deliver by then.

This is really frustrating, and I need compensation due to the delay of my product (by selling my bought product to another customer), lousy customer service and poor communication.

Very pleased with our chairs at such a good price! Putting them together took a bit of working out as the front legs do have a particular way round, would have been useful to know that first off! Look very expensive and really lift our dining room to another level.
Comfy and not heavy to move around.

Ordered dining chair which smelt like it was saturated in fish which i allowed to air out for 4 days still the vile smell so i had another four sent out for them to also smell. It has been two weeks i am waiting for someone to collect and refund me but now no one is answering the phone. Unprofessional avoid this back street company. They keep giving me collection date but no one is showing up.

I ORDERED A MIRRORED CHEST OF DRAWERS, WHICH WAS BROKEN WHEN I UNPACKED IT. HOWEVER, I PHONED LIFESTYLE FURNITURE AND ANOTHER WAS DISPATCHED VERY QUICKLY.
THEREFORE AN UNSATISFACTORY SITUATION WAS CORRECTED TO MY SATISFACTION.I THINK IT MAY HAVE BEEN THE COURIERS THAT WERE USED.
